JUDGMENT Vivek Singh Thakur, J. - Despite granting opportunities, steps for service of respondents No.2 to 6 and consequential steps on account of death of respondent No.1 have not been taken. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he has communicated to the concerned officer of appellant, but no one is turning up to assist him for taking steps. 3. Being so, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution including all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
