JUDGMENT : 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. We direct the Registry to supply three sets of Annexures P1 to P15 attached with the complaint sent to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India, to Mr. Jai Ram Yadav, who receive the same on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2 as well as respondent no.3 in-person on 04.10.2019 at 2 p.m from the office of the concerned Registrar. 2. Fresh reply to the contempt petition after going through the annexures may be filed within three weeks thereafter. 3. We appoint Shri Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate, as Amicus Curiae. He is also permitted to appoint one junior Advocate of his choice to assist him. 4. Registry to handover complete set of copies of the paper book including the annexures along with the complaint, filed by the President of the Bombay Bar Association and the President of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India, to the learned Amicus Curiae. 5.
