ORDER : SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NO. 3050 OF 2005 1. Nothing survives in this petition as we find that due to efflux of time, the parties have lost interest in the matter. 2. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 3. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, is/are disposed of. W.P. (C) No. 939/1996, W.P. (C) No. 108/2005, W.P. (C) No. 116/2013 and W.P. (C) No. 1109/2017 4. It is submitted by Ms. Aparajita Singh, learned senior counsel, that these writ petitions have been rendered infructuous. 5. The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. TRANSFER PETITION (C) NOS. 235-236 OF 2014 6. It appears that these petitions have been rendered infructuous and are, accordingly, dismissed as such. 7. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, is/are disposed of. CIVIL APPEAL NO. 2602-2603 OF 2018 8. It is clarified in the judgment dated 24.10.2018 passed by this Court in Writ petition (C) No. 13029 of 1985 that with effect from 01.04.2020, only BS-VI compliant vehicles are permitted to be sold. We are not inclined to modify the Judgment and order. 9. Thus, in view of the Judgment and order passed in the above cited case, these appeals are dismissed. 10. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, is/are disposed of.
