JUDGMENT Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J. - It is jointly stated by learned counsel for the parties that the matter in issue stands amicably settled between the parties. Consequently, the appeal, as also cross objections, is disposed of in terms of the compromise so arrived at between the parties. 2. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, CMP Nos. 61 and 62 of 2019 have been rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly. All interim orders stand vacated. However, the disposal of this appeal along with cross objections shall have no bearing on the appeals that are already pending before this Court being RSA Nos. 232, 233, 235 and 262 of 2015. 3. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the court fee be refunded in favour of the appellant as also the cross objectors in accordance with law. 4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. Copy ''dasti''.
