JUDGMENT 1. The petitioners are aggrieved of the order dated 03.05.2016 passed in Sessions Trial No. 93 of 2015 by which charges against all accused persons for the offence under section 323, 341, 326, 307, 504/34 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act have been framed. 2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, the learned A.P.P appears on behalf of the State of Jharkhand. He submits that now the prosecution has examined its witnesses and trial is pending for examination of the defence witnesses. 3. Faced with the aforesaid factual scenario, Mr. Ananda Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this quash-petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all such plea which are available to them in law, at the time of final hearing in Sessions Trial No. 93 of 2015. 4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, Cr.M.P No. 1481 of 2016 stands withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for. 5. I.A No. 1691 of 2017 stands disposed of.
