ORDER : P.D. AUDIKESAVALU, J. 1. In compliance of the order dated 13.12.2018 passed by this Court, it was reported by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Review Application during the hearing on 07.01.2019 that the Deed of Cancellation dated 27.12.2018 and Deed of Gift dated 02.01.2019 has been executed and copies of the same have been placed on record. 2. In respect of the direction issued to restore the cart track, it is represented today by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in the Review Application that as a building had been constructed by the Petitioner on a portion of the cart track, the Petitioner has created a deviated pathway of that cart track in his patta land and an Affidavit dated 22.01.2019 has been filed to that effect along with a FMB sketch showing the change in the route of the cart track signed by the Petitioner, viz., Loyal Textile Mills Limited represented by its Vice President (Works), A. Ramakrishanan and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sattur dated 05.01.2019, which are also taken on record. It is informed that the Revenue Authorities shall make necessary changes in this regard in the records maintained. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in the Review Application further submits that the undertaking to construct a full fledged auditorium with a minimum area of 3,000 square feet for the use of the people from N. Venkateswarapuram Panchayat Union would be carried out as per the undertaking made to this Court earlier. 4. In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, the Contempt Petition is closed and the Review Application is disposed of. No costs.
