Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Anjani Kumar Mishra holding brief of Shri Pranjal Mehrotra for the respondent Nos. 5 and 8; Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents. 2. With regard to non-payment of salary in the affiliated college, namely respondent No. 3, as Assistant Professor, the petitioner has approached the Grievance Redressal Committee which has been put in place by the University by filing a representation where the same is pending and has not been decided so far. 3. In case such a representation is pending before the Grievance Redressal Committee, the same be considered and decided in accordance with law, as far as possible, within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the Grievance Redressal Committee. 4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
