JUDGMENT : Neeraj Tiwari, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has appeared in Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination, 2018 against 68500 vacancies in which he was awarded only 62 marks. He further submitted that he submitted application for obtaining the scanned answer book and on the answer book, he has obtained 70 marks in place of 62 marks, therefore, he is entitled for issuance of appointment letter against 68500 vacancies of assistant teachers. He next submitted that in case fresh notification for counseling to appoint assistant teachers against Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination, 2018 is issued, petitioner may also be permitted to participate in the counseling. 3. Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submitted that in case fresh online applications are invited for appearing in counseling pursuant to Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination, 2018 against 68500 vacancies, the candidature of the petitioner shall also be considered provided if he submits application. 4. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case fresh online applications are invited for appearing in counseling pursuant to Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination, 2018 against 68500 vacancies, the petitioner shall be permitted to submit application and his candidature shall be considered in accordance with law.
