JUDGMENT : Abhinava Upadhya, J. 1. Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are represented by learned standing counsel. 2. The petitioner claims that she was appointed as part-time teacher under Section 7AA of the U.P. Intermediate Education Act. It is submitted that she proceeded on maternity leave but after returning back on duty she was not allowed to join the institution. 3. It is to be noted that the petitioner was appointed under Section 7AA of the Act by the Committee of Management and salary etc. is being paid from its own resources and no aid is provided by the Government for such appointment nor any approval was taken from any authority for such appointment. Government has issued certain guidelines in this regard. 4. It is to be noted that to the aforesaid extent, the institution in question is a private institution governed by the Committee of Management. For such appointment, no sanction has been given by education authorities. As such no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. However, it is always open for the aggrieved teacher to approach the Deputy Inspector of Schools. 5. Writ petition is accordingly-dismissed.
