ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. 3. The challenge herein is against the orders of the High Court passed in Miscellaneous Applications of the respondent - writ petitioner before the High court by which the respondent - writ petitioner has been allowed to use Vehicle No.HP17C-1666 which was deployed by the respondent - writ petitioner against a contract for transportation/supply of petroleum products which contract has since been suspended. 4. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties we clarify the order(s) of the High Court to mean that it will be open to the respondent - writ petitioner to ply the vehicle (No.HP17C-1666) for any other business not connected with the business of transportation/supply of petroleum products of the appellant - Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. 5. The appeals shall stand disposed of in the above terms.
