JUDGMENT : 1. The case is called out. 2. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records. 3. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Session Trial No.213 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.0030 of 2019, under Sections 323, 354, 452, 506 of I.P.C. and 7 & 8 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Malihabad, District Lucknow which is pending before the learned Court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lucknow as well as Chargesheet No.01 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019 submitted by Investigating Officer in aforesaid case crime number against the petitioner and summoning order dated 11.03.2019 passed by the learned Court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lucknow. 4. Learned counsel for applicant after arguing for sometime submits that, the grievance of the applicant may be satisfied, if the Court below is directed to expeditiously dispose the bail application of the applicant. 5. Learned A.G.A. will also have no objection to the request made by learned counsel for the applicant. 6. Keeping in view the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the applicant appears and surrenders before the court below within 15 days from today and applies for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 7. For a period of 15 days from today or till surrender of applicant before the trial court, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case crime. 8. With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
