JUDGMENT Sandeep Sharma, J. - By way of instant Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, challenge has been laid to judgment dated 25.10.2018, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kangra at Dharamshala, H.P., in Criminal Appeal No.03/D/X/2017, affirming the
