JUDGMENT : Shekher Dhawan, J. Present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 16 dated 09.02.2018 (Annexure P/1) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and Section 120-B IPC (offences under Section 384 and 385 IPC added later on) and Sections 7 and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (for short, "the Act") registered at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazilka. 2. In this case, as per orders dated 15.03.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in the above mentioned FIR. The same was cancelled vide order dated 13.10.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka. Revision petition filed by the petitioner against the said order dated 13.10.2018 was dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 27.11.2018 because the petitioner was not cooperating with the Investigating Agency and had not handed over the documents required in this case. 3. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the investigating Agency wanted to get recovered copy of agreement of sale which is already pending before Civil Court in a litigation and the investigating agency has already obtained that. 4. Learned State counsel contended that for effective investigation, six unused Stamp-papers were also required to be recovered which the petitioner has not got recovered so far and only on that account, this Court consciously passed the order dated 27.11.2018 giving all these details. 5. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the above facts, this Court is of the considered view that though the petitioner was given opportunity to join the investigation, but she failed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency and her anticipatory bail was cancelled vide order dated 13.10.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka which order was upheld by this Court vide orders dated 27.11.2018. There are no grounds for release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail in this case. 6. Resultantly, the present petition stands dismissed.
