ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. A Section 11 petition has been disposed of by the impugned judgment without looking into the detailed Inquiry Report of 24.02.2016 in which it has been found that the Agreement in question, which contains an arbitration clause, has been found to be a forgery. 3. The High Court has not adverted to this Report at all. Consequently, we set aside the High Court judgment remitting the case leaving all contentions open to both parties. 4. The High Court will decide the matter afresh after considering this Report. 5. The Appeals stand disposed of accordingly.
