ORDER 1. I.A. No.168789 of 2018 is allowed. 2. Leave granted. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. This appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 11.09.2018 by which the High Court has directed the State of Haryana to take physical possession of Khasra Nos.178 and 179 for the purpose of implementation of Metro Project provided that alternative land is given to the affected persons as per undertaking given in the additional affidavit. 5. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that till date the alternative sites have not been given to the appellants, which factum has been denied by the learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the appellants further submitted that in the LPA it has already been directed by the High Court to list the matter for final hearing on 06.02.2019. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents is also agreeable that on the date fixed no adjournment shall be taken by the respondents and Court will be requested to decide the LPA itself finally. 7. Recording the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this appeal requesting the High Court to dispose of the matter on an early date. We make it clear that further steps for eviction shall be taken after the final decision of the High Court.
