JUDGMENT : (Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give fair compensation to the petitioner's land at Silayaneri, Thathaneri village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District in S.F.42/3A1, 42/3A2, 43/2A and 42/5 with an extent of 2 Acre and 3 cents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2015.) Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, learned counsel for writ petitioner, Ms.V.P.M.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 and Mr.E.Marees Kumar, counsel representing for Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 are before this Court. 2. Mr.E.Marees Kumar, counsel representing for Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, Standing counsel for Tamil Nadu Housing Board submits that the representation of the writ petitioner dated 10.12.2015 has now been disposed of vide proceedings of third respondent dated 06.09.2019. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Though obvious, at request of writ petitioner, it is clarified that the rights of writ petitioner to assail 06.09.2019 proceedings are preserved. 4. Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
