JUDGMENT : Anil Kshetarpal, J. 1. Petitioner-Chet Ram has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with following substantive prayers:- "(i) Not to pressurize the petitioner to change his statement in the FIR No. 1088 dated 30.10.2018 registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa. (ii) Not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and his other family members in the instance of private respondents. (iii) To conduct fair investigation in case FIR No. 1088 dated 30.10.2018 registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa and to arrest the remaining accused. (iv) To conduct investigation from any independent agency like CBI or Haryana Vigilance Bureau." 2. It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Krishna was married to Mahavir son of Babu Lal 14 years ago. The couple has two sons. Initially, Mahavir was driving a TATA Ace a commercial vehicle on rent and thereafter he purchased one. Since, due to financial problems, installment of the vehicle could not be deposited, therefore, Mahavir quarelled with his daughter Krishna who later on died. 3. Petitioner prays that a case under Section 302 IPC should be registered against Mahavir. 4. Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sirsa has been filed, in which it has been pointed out that after investigation, challan has been presented in the Court. It has further been pointed out that FIR dated 30.10.2018 under Section 302 IPC was registered and investigation was carried out by the Station House Officer. SHO found that no offence has been committed as alleged. Further investigation was carried out by Ravinder Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, but no clue was found regarding murder of daughter of the petitioner. Dr. Ajay Kumar, Assistant Director, Scene of Crime, Hisar Range, Hisar inspected the place and re-constructed the scene of incident. He also made observation that this is a case of suicidal hanging. Further investigation was carried out by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Head Quarter, Sirsa in which petitioner and Jagdish were associated and thereafter challan has been presented. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is disposed of by relegating the petitioner to the remedy before the concerned Court where challan has been presented.
