JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2. By the impugned order dated 1st November, 2019, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay, has cancelled the bail granted by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, to the applicant by order dated 11th April, 2017. The learned Additional Session Judge, granted four weeks time to the applicants to surrender before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. 3. The learned counsels for the respondents have raised preliminary objections regarding the maintainability of the Revision Applications as the impugned order is interlocutory in nature. 4. All contentions, including the objection to the tenability of the Revision Applications, warrant consideration. Hence, issue notice before admission to the respondents. 5. The learned counsel, for respondent No.1, in each of the matters waives service of notice. The learned APP waives notice to respondent No.2 State. 6. In the meanwhile time to surrender, granted by the learned Additional Sessions judge, stands extended till next date. 7. Stand over to 18th December, 2019. 8. All concerned to act an authenticated copy of this order.
