ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. After hearing counsel for the parties, we propose to dispose of this appeal on the basis of consensus arrived at by the parties to the effect that the respondent would accept the amount already deposited in the High Court by the appellant, towards the decretal amount as full and final payment and satisfaction of the Award, if allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent forthwith alongwith accrued interest thereon if any. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that if no further claim is set up by the respondent in reference to the arbitration proceedings in question, the appellant may agree for this arrangement. 4. In view of the above, the appeal is being disposed of by consent of both the parties in the above terms, leaving all the questions of law open. 5. As a result of this order, the impugned order/Award stands modified to that extent. 6. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. 7. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
