JUDGMENT : Ramesh Ranganathan, J. Since we are disposing of the main appeals, by this order, it is unnecessary for us to grant time to the appellants to rectify the deficiencies pointed out by the Registry. 2. The applications to condone the delay, in these batch of appeals, is not opposed by Sri Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner; and the delay is, therefore, condoned. 3. Both Sri A.S. Bisht, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant-State, and Sri Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner, would agree that the subject matter of these appeals is covered by our order in SPA No. 148 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019. 4. Following the order passed in SPA No. 148 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019, and in terms thereof, these Special Appeals are also disposed of. No costs.
