JUDGMENT : Pankaj Mithal and Vipin Chandra Dixit, JJ. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel. 2. The petitioners have applied for issuance of caste certificate. Therefore, they have filed this petition seeking direction upon the respondents to process their applications and to provide caste certificates accordingly. 3. Learned standing counsel is having instructions in the matter. He submits that the applications of the petitioners have been rejected on different dates and the remedy of the petitioners is to challenge the aforesaid orders either before the District Level Committee or the State Level Committee, as the case may be. 4. In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondents to provide copies of the orders rejecting their applications for caste certificate within two weeks so that the petitioners may challenge the same, if necessary, before the appropriate forum. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
