JUDGMENT : 1. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 4458/2019, 16066/2018, 19008/2018, 80/2019, 1763/2019, 2126/2019, 2195/2019 and 11381/2019. 2. In view of notification dated 21st of October 2019 issued by the Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan, amending the definition of candidates of Tribal Sub Plan Area (TSP Area) incorporated in the relevant Rules extending benefit of reservation to women marrying residents of TSP area w.e.f. 16.06.2013, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners do not want to pursue the writ petitions and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 3. Permission granted. 4. The writ petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. SAW Nos. 1554/2018, 1938/2018, 490/2019 5. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that in view of Notification dated 21st of October 2019 issued by the Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan, these appeals have rendered infructuous. 6.
