JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition is against the order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Appeal No.2216 of 2015 whereby and whereunder the Commission has passed an order directing the appellant to provide the information sought for by the complainant in pursuance to the order passed by the Hon''ble Apex Court as referred therein and the matter has been posted on 13.09.2017. 2. Mr. S. K. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that now the date has been fixed in the month of November, 2019. He has relied upon the judgment passed by the Hon''ble Apex Court in the case of Central Board of Secondary Education And Another Vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay And Others reported in (2011) 8 SCC 497 . 3. And therefore, he submits that he may be allowed to pursue the said appeal lying pending before the Commission. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has not objected to such prayer. 5. In view thereof, this Court without going into the legality and propriety of the impugned order disposes of the same with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Commission. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
