ORDER : 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to consider the issue for grant of benefit of 7th Pay Commission recommendations, to revise the pay-scales and pay the arrears w.e.f. 01.01.2016. 2. Submissions have been made that the State Government while applying the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission by Circular dated 09.01.2018, in cases of federation, sought details of three years’ financial status prior to 2017-18, which details have been submitted by the dairy federation and a resolution also has been passed by the concerned dairy federation for grant of benefit of 7th pay commission, however, despite passage of sufficiently long time and various representations made by the petitioners’ Sangh requisite orders have not been passed. 3. In view of the above fact situation, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations filed by the petitioner for grant of benefit of 7th Pay Commission. 4. Needful may be done by the respondents within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioners/petitioners’ Sangh with the respondents. 5. The petitioners would be free to file a fresh representation raising all the issues as raised in the present writ petition.
