JUDGMENT : Amol Rattan Singh, J. Pursuant to the order passed on 14.10.2019, Mr. B.S.Sewak, Addl. A.G., Punjab, on instructions from ASI Raghwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and her custodial interrogation is not presently required. 2. Consequently, without making any comment on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed with the order dated 14.10.2019 made absolute. 3. Obviously, the order admitting the petitioner to bail having been made absolute does not reflect the opinion of this Court on the actual merits of the case, with the orders having been made absolute on the aforesaid statement made.
