ORDER 1. Having perused the arbitration clause in the three Service Provider Agreements in question and having heard learned counsel for both the parties, who consent to a Sole Arbitrator being appointed, we think it fit to appoint Mr. Gaurav Banerjee, learned senior counsel of this Court, to be the Sole Arbitrator to decide all disputes between the parties. 2. The applications, filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, are disposed of accordingly. 3. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
