JUDGMENT Arun Bhansali, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record. 2. The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.110/2012 of Police Station Rajgarh District Churu for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,452, 307, 323, 436 read with 149 IPC. 3. The bail bonds of the petitioner were forfeited on account of absence of the petitioner in the pending criminal trial and he was produced on production warrant before the court. Whereafter, the bail application preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. was rejected by the trial court. 4. The petitioner has preferred the present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not attend hearing before the trial court. It is submitted that henceforth the petitioner will attend the hearing before the trial court regularly. 6. In view of the submissions made and having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 7. Accordingly, this bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Suresh @ Jahrila s/o Ratan Singh shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 110/2012 Police Station Rajgarh District Churu provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with two sound and solvent local sureties of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of trial.
