ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The decree passed by the Trial Court stands modified to the limited extent of providing simple interest on the balance sale consideration amount, namely, Rs.10,81,507.50/- @ 15% per annum from the date of agreement till its realisation. The decree stands modified accordingly, by consent. 3. We place on record assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents that the amount required to be paid in terms of this order will be deposited in the executing court within four weeks from today. This assurance is accepted. 4. Needless to observe, non compliance of this assurance may entail in initiation of contempt action against the respondents. 5. Counsel for the appellants in all fairness submits that as soon as amount is deposited in the executing Court, the appellants will take necessary steps for execution of the sale deed forthwith. We accept this assurance. 6. The appeal is disposed of in the afore- mentioned terms. No costs.
