ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties at length, we are of the opinion that the High Court ought to have examined the matter in more depth considering the controversy involved, the questions that were raised before it and the reasoning applied in the Judgment. 3. Mr. V. V. S. Rao, learned senior counsel, has prayed on behalf of the respondents that they may be permitted to file an application for amending the pleadings and adducing additional evidence. 4. Without commenting on the above, we set aside the Judgment of the High Court and request the High Court to decide the appeal afresh. In case such an application(s) is/are filed by any of the parties, the application(s) shall be dealt with by the High Court on their own merits. 5. In view of the above, the appeals are disposed of. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of.
