JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - This writ petition is under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein prayer has been made to quash the order dated 30.12.2016 passed in Mutation Case No.1036 R 27/2016-17-Bargain and further direction to the authority to mutate the land in favour of the petitioner in terms of the
