ORDER 1. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey, learned Advocate submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and Vakalatnama shall be filed during the course of the day. 2. We have heard the learned counsel for both the sides and have gone through the transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we transfer petition being H.M.A. No.1054 of 2018, titled as " Nitin Srivastava v. Shapali Srivastava", pending before the Court of Principal Judge, East District, Family Courts, Karkardooma, Delhi to the District Judge, District Court, Chandigarh (U.T.), who may dispose of the same or assign it to a Court of competent jurisdiction. 4. The parties shall appear before the District Judge, District Court, Chandigarh on 12.02.2019. 5. We request the District Judge, District Court, Chandigarh to explore the possibility if the parties can arrive at a settlement and for said purposes the matter could be referred to Mediation Cell. 6. The Registry is directed to immediately send a copy of this order to both the Courts. 7. The transfer petition is allowed, in aforesaid terms.
