ORDER 1. M.A. No.166/2019 is filed by respondent No.7 for extension of time, by another six months. 2. The direction issued on 31.7.2018 to the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to make refund within a period of three months is on the basis of the Government Order which was referred to therein. The amount to be paid to the respondents and other similarly situated persons is Rs.256,56,90,593/- including interest. We make it clear that the respondents were entitled to interest on the said amount till the date of payment. 3. We have heard the learned Additional Solicitor General and learned senior counsel for the parties and we are of the opinion that the time for making refund can be extended for another three months from today and we order accordingly. No further extension of time will be granted.
