ORDER 1. Issue notice. 2. Mr. Sanpreet Singh Ajmani who is present in the Court accepts notice and, therefore, service of notice is waived. 3. Both the parties agree that the matter be heard finally today itself. 4. This transfer petition seeking transfer of Writ Petition (PIL) No. 118 of 2018 filed by the respondent in the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital challenging the validity of Section 18A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2018. It is a matter of record that number of writ petitions challenging the validity of the aforesaid provision are pending in this Court including Writ Petition (C) No. 1015/2018. Accordingly, we allow the prayer made in this petition and transfer the aforesaid proceedings to this Court and tag with W.P.(C) No. 1015/2018 and other connected matters. 5. The Transfer Petition is allowed, accordingly.
