ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. By order dated 13.8.2018, this Court issued notice limited to the quantum of sentence. 3. Having regard to the totality of the circumstances, we are of the view that the appellant has rightly been convicted for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code (for sort, the "IPC"). 4. However, we reduce the sentence imposed on the appellant to rigorous imprisonment for two years. 5. Hence, this appeal is partly allowed to the above extent.
