ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. On 13 December 2018, the following order was passed by this Court: "Issue notice returnable in three weeks. Liberty to serve the Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Rajasthan. Mr. Abhishek Gupta, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Learned counsel accepts notice. Reply if any, be filed in the meantime. In the present case, charges have been framed under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on 26 October, 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 31 August, 2018. In the facts and circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner should be enlarged on bail at the present stage. We accordingly, direct that pending further orders, the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the trial court." 3. Charges have been framed on 26 October 2018 under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The appellant was in custody since 31 August 2018. The dispute essentially is between partners of a partnership firm. In pursuance of the order dated 13 December 2018, the appellant has been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court. 4. In this view of the matter, we confirm the above order dated 13 December 2018. Since an investigation in respect of some other F.I.R. is stated to be pending against him, the appellant shall cooperate in the investigation. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
