JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 18.07.2013 by which her writ petition has been dismissed. 2. By an order dated 12.05.2012, the employer-M/s Central Coalfields Limited has rejected the claim for compassionate appointment of the petitioner. 3. In the proceeding before the writ Court the respondent-M/s CCL took a plea that there is no record with the employer which would disclose that the writ petitioner was legally-married wife of the employee namely, late Sanicharwa Bediya. 4. Now, the petitioner seeks review of the order dated 18.07.2013 passed in W.P.(S) No. 549 of 2013 on the ground that under the instructions issued by M/s CCL succession certificate produced by the dependent of a deceased employee shall be a valid proof of the relationship between the claimant and the deceased employee for claiming compassionate appointment. 5. In the order dated 18.07.2013, the writ Court has noticed that the petitioner has claimed that four children were born out of her wed-lock with the deceased employee-Sanicharwa Bediya, however, she could not produce any document. The succession certificate issued in favour of the petitioner and her children is for receiving the amount of gratuity by them. On the basis of such succession certificate, I am not inclined to review the order dated 18.07.2013 and accordingly, Civil Review No. 86 of 2017 is dismissed.
