JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to correct the typographical mistake which has crept in paragraph no. 1 of this quash-petition; the date of the impugned order has been wrongly typed as 15.08.2018 whereas process under section 82 Cr.P.C has been issued against the petitioners vide order dated 18.08.2018. 2. Permission is granted. 3. Let necessary correction be done at the appropriate places. 4. The petitioners are aggrieved of the order dated 18.08.2018 by which processes under section 82 Cr.P.C have been issued against them. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order dated 18.08.2018 by which processes under section 82 Cr.P.C have been issued against other co-accused persons namely, Ashok Kumar, Uday Kumar Sinha @ Uday Sinha and Sidheshwar Prasad Singh was challenged before this Court by the co-accused persons and by order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr.M.P No. 3696 of 2018 and Cr.M.P No. 3698 of 2018 the said order has been quashed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that by an order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Cr.M.P No. 3957 of 2018 the process issued under section 82 Cr.P.C against co-accused-Sidheshwar Prasad Singh has also been quashed by this Court. 6. The orders passed in Cr.M.P No. 3696 of 2018, Cr.M.P No. 3698 of 2018 and Cr.M.P No. 3957 of 2018 are taken on record. 7. In view of the aforesaid fact, the processes issued against the petitioners in pursuance of order dated 18.08.2018 under section 82 Cr.P.C are also quashed. 8. In the result, Cr.M.P No. 3791 of 2018 is allowed.
