ORDER 1. M.A. NO.61/2019 & MA.184/2019 (I.A. No.19954/2019) The order passed by this Court is clear. The DRT has executed the sale deed, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, demarcation has been done and the possession has also been handed over. As such, there should not be any hitch in making the mutation as the petitioner has purchased the land in the proceedings before the DRT. 2. Let mutation be made within four weeks from today. 3. We also make it clear that there should not be any further proceedings in derogation to the order passed by this Court and the matters which already have attained finality. 4. Accordingly, the application and the M.As. stand disposed of. MA.62/2019 (I.A. Nos.183243, 183236/2018 and 183237 of 2018) 5. As repeatedly applications have been filed by one or the other persons, we depreciate the filing of such applications. There is no merit otherwise in the same. We find on merit of the application, but there is nothing in it to affect the rights of SGC Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd., purchaser in this case. 6. However, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant(s) has prayed that the applicant(s) may avail the appropriate remedy, vis-a-vis to the Trust for recovery of amount, they are free to do so, subject to the order of this Court dated 05.10.2018. 7. The application is, accordingly, dismissed with aforesaid liberty. 8. Applications for impleadment and permission to file application for impleadment are also dismissed.
