JUDGMENT/ORDER N. Seshasayee, J.-This batch of petition has been filed to take action against the third respondent for violating the decision arrived at a peace committee meeting held by the respondents on 28.06.2017 and 26.02.2018. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. It appears that earlier the third respondent has created some difficulty for the first respondent to resolve the issue and hence, the first respondent had referred the matter to the second respondent, before whom the decisions signed by all parties has been made on 26.02.2018. Now contrary to the said decision, since the third respondent is now acting, the present batch of writ petition has been filed. 4. On going through the records, this Court finds that the petitioners have rushed to file this batch of writ petition petition without even complaining the alleged violation before the authorities concerned. Therefore, the petitioners are best advised to approach the authorities concerned to redress their grievances and when the petitioners approach them, the authorities are directed to take such necessary action on the grievances after conducting due enquiry and giving all rights of personal hearing to all concerned. 5. These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
