JUDGMENT 1. Issue notice. 2. Mr. Abhishek Purohit, associate to Mr. Farzand Ali, G.A.- cum-A.A.G., accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The petitioners son Satvir Singh S/o Om Singh, who is serving life imprisonment at the Central Jail, Bikaner, seeks emergent parole on the ground that he is appearing in the B.A. Part-I Examination to be convened by the Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. As per the admission card and the examination schedule placed on record, the examination papers in which the convict prisoner is to appear, are to take place between 11.02.2019 to 28.02.2019 and from 09.03.2019 to 29.03.2019. 4. The convict has already been granted indulgence of first parole vide order dated 03.10.2018 passed in D.B. Criminal Writ (Parole) Petition No. 322/2018 and there is no report that he has misused the liberty so granted. 5. In this background, we deem it fit to grant emergent parole to the convict prisoner in two stages while accepting the instant emergent parole petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition (parole) filed by mother of the convict prisoner for release on emergent parole is allowed. The convict prisoner Satvir Singh S/o Om Singh shall be released on emergent parole in two stages. In the first stage, he shall be released on emergent parole from 10.02.2019 to 01.03.2019 and shall surrender back at the prison on 02.03.2019. He shall thereafter, be released on the second stage of emergent parole from 08.03.2019 till 30.03.2019 provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bikaner on the usual terms and conditions. The Superintendent, High Security Jail, Ajmer shall be at liberty to impose other adequate and reasonable conditions to ensure return of the petitioner to the custody after availing the emergent parole. 7. The Superintendent, Central Jail, Bikaner shall verify the bail bonds of the convict only after ascertaining the fact that he had returned to the State custody after availing the first parole of 20 days by effect of this courts order dated 03.10.2018.
