ORDER 1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we deem it appropriate to transfer F.Suit No.381 of 2018 titled as "Maulik Gautam Trivedi vs. Deepali w/o Maulik Trivedi" pending before the Family Court at Surat (Gujarat) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur (M.P.). 2. The parties shall appear before the Court at Jabalpur on 18 th February, 2019. The entire record shall be transferred from the concerned Court to the Family Court at Jabalpur immediately. 3. The transfer petitions is, accordingly, allowed. 4. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
