ORDER 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife. Learned counsel on behalf of the respondent-husband is also present in Court. 2. This petition under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of O.P. No.863 of 2018 titled as "O. Venkat Shiv Shankar versus S.P. Nethravathi" pending before the Family Court, Hyderabad to the competent court at Bangalore, Karnataka. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of O.P. No.863 of 2018 titled as "O. Venkat Shiv Shankar versus S.P. Nethravathi" pending before the Family Court, Hyderabad to the competent court at Bangalore, Karnataka. 4. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay. The following cases which are stated to be pending at Tiptur, Karnataka be also transferred to the competent Court at Bangalore, Karnataka : (1) CC No.770/2018 pending before Sr. Civil Judge & JMFC, Tiptur in Tumkur District, Karnataka. (2) Crl. Misc. Petition No.75/2018 pending before Sr. Civil Judge & JMFC, Tiptur, Karanataka. (3) Crl. Misc. Petition No.92/2018 pending before Sr. Civil Judge & JMFC, Tiptur, Karnataka. 6.The Transfer Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
