JUDGMENT : Aniruddha Bose, J. 1. As in both these appeals same issue is involved, we dispose of both these appeals by this common order. 2. In pursuance of our direction issued on 11th December, 2018 the Head of the Department, Post Graduate (Hindi), Ranchi University, Ranchi has filed a report. In this report he has opined that the expression “Nilambar” would be both Karmadharay Samas and Bahubrihi Samas. We accept this report as the same has been supported by well known text of Hindi Grammar by Dr. Basudev Nandan Prasad and another publication being “Brihat Hindi Kosh” compiled by Kalika Prasad, Rajballav Sahay and Mukundi Lal Srivastava. 3. Having obtained the said report, which in substance constitutes experts opinion, we direct the Jharkhand Academic Council to recast their marking in the concerned examination treating both the answers to be correct. If upon such a recasting the appellants are found to obtain qualifying marks, the candidature of the appellants shall be treated accordingly. This exercise shall be completed by the council within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. Both the appeals stand disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
