ORDER 1. As per Office Report dated 28 January, 2019, service is complete on the sole respondent but nobody has entered appearance on his behalf so far. 2. This petition under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner (wife) for transfer of F.C.O.P. No.658 of 2018 titled as "Abdul Hameed Sheik versus Nazia Parveen" pending before the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Telengana State to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of F.C.O.P. No.658 of 2018 titled as "Abdul Hameed Sheik versus Nazia Parveen" pending before the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Telengana State to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra. 4. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay. 5. The Transfer Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
