JUDGMENT 1. Petitioner is accused in Satgawan P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 745 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 328, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act , lodged on the basis of one written report given by Rajendra Yadav alleging that her daughter was married with one Mithlesh Prasad Yadav and on 28.07.2017, she died unnatural death. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the parties have entered to settlement outside the Court in A.B.A. No. 8263 of 2018 and the husband of the deceased namely, Mithlesh Prasad Yadav was admitted on bail, copy of the order has been produced. 3. Learned counsel for the informant appeared and opposed the prayer for bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 745 of 2017, subject to the condition that she will co-operate with the investigation of the case and appear before the investigating officer as and when noticed by him and furnish her mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card with an undertaking that he will not change her mobile number during pendency of the case.
