ORDER 1. Leave granted in Special Leave Petition (C) No.25057 of 2008. 2. Learned counsel for the parties in all fairness submit that the issue raised in these appeals is squarely answered by this Court in State of Jharkhand and Others vs. Tata Steel Limited & Ors., reported in , (2016) 11 SCC 147 decided on February 12, 2016. Consequently, the present appeals are disposed of in the same terms. 3. Needless to observe that in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 13.10.2008 passed in Civil Appeal 6135/3008 @ SLP (C) No.23627/2008, the appellant(s)-assessee(s) shall deposit the amount(s) due along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum with the competent authority of the Revenue, within three months from today.
