ORDER 1. This appeal is directed against the impugned order dated 13.02.2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in Appeal No.ST/1093/2011. 2. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the appellants and perused the record. 3. There is an inordinate delay of 636 days in filing this appeal which is not satisfactorily explained. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of delay.
