ORDER : The entire cause of action of this case have occurred within the State of Uttar Pradesh. 2. The brother of the petitioner was an officer of Allahabad Bank, posted in Mehnajpur Branch, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. He died in harness there on 03.05.2015. 3. This case has been filed claiming compassionate appointment as well as for payment of some of the dues. 4. The entire cause of action arose within the State of Uttar Pradesh and not within the State of Jharkhand. Mere writing letters and making communications from the State of Jharkhand will not give rise to cause of action within the State of Jharkhand so far as this case is concerned. 5. Thus, I find that this Court lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain this writ application. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed on the aforesaid ground. 6. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Court having territorial jurisdiction.
