ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. 2. We are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in the special leave petition. The same is dismissed with cost of Rs. 50,000/- to be deposited within a period of four weeks from today with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.
