ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material. 3. As per the liberty granted in terms of order dated 15th February, 2018, appellant(s) have already deposited a sum of Rs.7 lakhs in this Court. 4. Respondent No.1 is free to withdraw the said amount without prejudice to the rights and contentions available to the parties in the pending Writ Petition No.6938 of 2016, before the High Court. 5. The appellant(s) shall pay/deposit future rent and maintenance charges regularly during the pendency of the writ petition and as may be directed by the High Court. 6. We request the High Court to dispose of the said writ petition expeditiously as the respondent No.1 is a senior citizen around 78 years. 7. As prayed, liberty is granted to respondent No.1 to pray for grant of exemplary costs in the proceedings before the High Court, to be considered by the High Court on its own merits. 8. The appeals are disposed of in the above terms.
